Fix a Corrupt MBR (i.e. after Norton Ghost 2003 messes it up)

1) Boot off the LiveCD
2) Open a terminal and enter

sudo apt-get install lilo

sudo lilo -M /dev/sda mbr

3) Reinstall GRUB
